Cynthia L. David, 64, Den Haag, Netherlands passed away May 18 after a brief illness. She was born November 30, 1952 in Waukesha to the late James and Ellen L. (Marck) David. She moved with her family to Burlington in 1959, graduating from Burlington High School in 1970. She was active in Burlington Haylofters productions during her life in Burlington.
Cynthia earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. She moved to Den Haag in 1983 and worked in governmental services until retirement.
Cynthia is survived by sisters, Jennifer (Bobby) Canales and Martha: a brother, Steven, other relatives and friends. Committal and burial services have been held in Den Haag at Westduin Cemetery near The Hague.
