Helen Hermina Turnbull Wolff, 94, died in her sleep at home on April 16, 2020. She joined Donald, her husband of 65 years, after residing in Houston, Texas for 53 years.
Helen was born in Burlington on Oct. 20, 1925 to the late William and Hermina Turnbull. She graduated from Burlington High School and University of Iowa, College of Pharmacy, and worked in Williamsburg, Iowa.
Helen married Donald G. Wolff in 1948 after he graduated from University of Iowa’s Law School. She held her pharmacy license in Iowa, Oklahoma, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Texas.
Helen is survived by her two children, Barbara Vander Stoep and Nancy Wolff, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
She was buried at Burlington Cemetery in her family plot.
