Judith J. Walsh, 81, formerly of Lake Geneva, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, Dec. 24, 2021 at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital in Hayward. She was born on July 10, 1940 in Chicago, to John “Jack” and Ethel (Hultberg) Murray.
Judith was a former co-owner of Badger Music in Elkhorn and The Palace Bar and Restaurant in Burlington. She enjoyed watching baseball and absolutely loved her Green Bay Packers. You could always count on her big smile, and she was always ready to have a good time with a twinkle in her eye. Judith was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed time with family. She found peace on her daughter’s deck overlooking the lake, taking in the beauty of the surrounding nature and wildlife.
Judith is survived by her daughters, Kathleen (James) Carnes of Kingsland, Ga. and Colleen (Keith) Lois of Barnes; her grandchildren, Kristi (Jaymen) Drogseth, Kerry (Brad Kunzweiler) Gritzner, Thomas Gritzner Jr., Leslie Lois, John Gritzner, and Jennifer (Ryen Kleiser) Lois; and her great-grandchildren, Ashley Winfield, Kylee Gritzner and Thomas Gritzner III.
All services and interment will be held privately.
