Neil E. Williams, 78, of Waterford, passed away at Waukesha Memorial Hospital on Nov. 4, 2021.
Neil was born in Waukesha on Oct. 7, 1943, to Daniel and Virginia (nee Vick) Williams. He spent his early life on the family dairy farm and graduated from Waterford High School. He drove truck and was the owner of N.E.W. Transportation. On June 24, 1978, he married Sandra M. Mosnicka. The couple lived in Waterford where they raised four children. He was a member of the Muskego Moose Lodge and “High Hitchin Pullers”, a garden tractor pulling circuit. In his spare time, he enjoyed Classic Hot Rods. He was an avid hunter most of his life but his greatest joy was spending time with family and friends. Sadly missed by all that knew him.
Neil is survived by loving wife Sandra; children, Todd (Michelle) Williams, Tara (Derrick) Dresmal, Darcy (Dave) Hansen and Danielle (Dustin) Peterson; grandchildren, Nicholas (Elizabeth), Hope and Michael Williams, Jacob, Joshua and Olivia Dresmal, Tyler and Travis Hansen, Brianna (Michael Fitters), Kaylie, Owen and Zachary Hamilton, Audrina Peterson and Charlie Lapotko; great-grandchildren, Landon, Reyna Mae and Oaklynn; sister Denise Lunsmann, other relatives and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, lifelong friend and brother-in-law Dennis Lunsmann and great-grandchild Parker.
A memorial gathering will be held at Mealy Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a prayer service beginning at 1:30 p.m.
