Michael J. Conrad, 65, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 of heart failure.
Mike was born on October 12, 1956 in Burlington to Lorayne and Lyndell Conrad. He drove truck for 47 years.
Mike is survived by his three daughters, Raquel (Shawn) Levinson, Montana (Chad) Smith and Maggie (Austin) Reyna; as well as his four grandsons, Sawyer Levinson, Reed Reyna, Lucas Smith, and Tanner Reyna. He is preceded in death by parents, his son Michael, and sister Kris Nystrom.
