JUSTIN WEBER
Justin Weber, 39, of Rocklin, California and formerly of Burlington, passed away on July 24, 2023 after a heroic, 11 year battle with germ cell metastatic Testicular Cancer. Despite multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplants, high dose chemotherapy and surgery, he maintained his “no-quit” attitude. Justin will be remembered for his contagious smile, clever wit, and kind heart.
Justin was born on March 19, 1984. He attended schools in Racine and Burlington, and in San Jose, California. He was a cub scout and was an avid Packer fan. He enjoyed yearly bow and gun hunting seasons in Wisconsin with his stepfather Bob. From building tree stands, clearing trails, to gutting out the deer, he loved it all. He enjoyed snowmobiling in Wisconsin with his brother-in-law Ken Erickson. He loved to ride his dirt bike through the Eldorado National Forest on the Elkin flat trails in California. Riding his Harley Davidson was one of his favorite activities.
Justin was self-employed at Atlas professionals. He worked hard doing water restoration and general construction.
Justin is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rhonda and Bob Robers of Burlington; father Brian Weber of Redding, California; his sisters Jennifer (Ken) Erickson of Arlington Heights Illinois, and Jessica (Neil) Fabbri of Rocklin, California; half brother Josh Weber of San Jose, California; adored nieces and nephews, Marjorie and Kenny Erickson, and Bella and Bryden Fabbri; grandmothers Marjorie Stroik of Wisconsin Rapids and Phyllis Robers of Burlington; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandfathers Frank Stroik, Claude Robers and Leo Weber, grandmother Eunice Weber, great grandparents Earl and Helen Holstrom, and cousin Mark Sura.
Bob and Rhonda Robers would like to thank our daughter Jessica for her years of never-ending care and support throughout Justin’s battle with cancer.
Services for Justin will be held on Sept. 30, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 700 N. Bloomfield Rd., Lake Geneva. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with an 11 a.m. Service followed by a luncheon. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery, W698 Spring Prairie Road in Burlington.
