BRIDGET A. KRUPP

      Bridget A. Krupp, 62, of Lyons, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024 at her home.

Born in Stoughton on Feb. 27, 1962, she was the daughter of James and Joann (nee Smallridge) Kennedy. Her early life was spent in Burlington, where she graduated from Burlington High School, Class of 1980. She was a Burlington resident for 59 years. On Feb. 16, 1991, she was united in marriage to David Krupp.

Bridget worked as a dispatcher for the Twin Lakes Police Department since 1998. She was an avid sports fan, cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, Badgers and UW-Whitewater Warhawks. She adored her cats and loved 80’s music, such as Chicago, Journey and Bon Jovi.

Bridget is survived by her stepmother, Joyce Kennedy; children, Haley (Ryan) Borkowski, Jena (Nathan Peterson) Krupp and Tyler (Lindsey Lehman) Krupp; granddaughter, Braylynn; siblings, Mark (Karen) Kennedy and Lisa (Tim) Kennedy; nieces, Megan, Erin (Adam), and Stefanie; and ex-husband and longtime friend, David (Alyssa) Krupp and their children, Phoebe and Roslind. She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wisconsin Humane Society or the Twin Lakes Police Dept. Memorial Fund (Attn: TLPDMF, PO Box 549, Twin Lakes, WI 53181).

The family would like to thank the Twin Lakes Police Dept., Chief Katie Hall and Captain Jake Bauer, Walworth County Sheriff’s Department, Burlington Police Department, Lyons Fire and Rescue, and Burlington Fire and Rescue for their care during this time.

Services for Bridget will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024 at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Relatives and friends may visit with the family at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. At 1:30 p.m. there will be a formal walk-through for first responders. Bridget will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery following the service.

The family encourages everyone to wear their favorite Wisconsin sporting attire on Saturday to the services.
