Thomas Albert Pauly, passed away on Jan. 17, 2025, at the age of 81.
Tom is survived by his loving daughter Deborah (Cliff) Peterson of Tigerton; granddaughters Taylor of Waukesha and Erin Baumgart of Shawano; and great granddaughter Averie Matz. Also left to cherish his memory are sister Barbara Krutz and many nieces and nephews.
Tom loved hunting and the outdoors. He especially enjoyed trap shooting at the Triangle Sportsmen’s Club in East Troy where he was a member.
In his younger years Tom was a welder and equipment operator for the City of Burlington for approximately seven years. He also worked at both Trent Tube and Alpine Valley. He then spent many years as a jailer for the Walworth County Sheriff’s Department where his working years ended.
In addition to his parents Joseph and Bernice (nee Anweiler) Pauly, Tom was preceded in death by his brothers James Van Beek and Robert Pauly; and sister Karen Pauly.
A visitation will be on Friday, Jan. 31, from 11 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m. at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 930 Main Street in Mukwonago.
