Due to Thursday’s snow and predicted below-freezing temperatures, the city and town of Burlington have rescheduled it’s trick or treat hours for Saturday, Nov. 2, from 1 to 3 p.m. Trick or treat hours were originally scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m.
