The Burlington High School boys’ basketball team used a 20-5 second quarter to pick up a win over Waterford on the road Thursday night, 56-48.
Burlington finished with three players in double figures, led by Eric Gerber’s 16 points. Greg Steffens led Waterford with 14 points.
In other action Thursday night, Union Grove defeated Westosha Central 68-62 in double overtime. Brett Van Vreede paced UG with 21 points.
