BURLINGTON – It isn’t a game you will want to miss. All signs points to another classic, much like the one these two teams encountered in a four-overtime clash back on Oct. 10. High school football games don’t reach overtime, much less four extra frames.
Fans will get their money’s worth when Wilmot and Burlington rendezvous for a WIAA Division 2 Level 1 playoff game Friday night at Don Dalton Stadium. The place will be rocking, and a good seat will be hard to find.
For those of you looking to get your football fix Friday, you don’t have to wait until game time to purchase your tickets.
Just get over to the Burlington High School Activities office, 400 McCanna Parkway, Burlington, before Friday morning at 10 a.m. to pick up your tickets to the city’s biggest football event in nearly a decade. It’s Burlington first home playoff game since 2006.
Tickets are $4 for adults and students, and athletic passes will not be accepted at the game.
Children under the age of 6 are $1.
For more information, call the BHS Activities office at (262) 763-0200, ext. 1135 or 1258.
