Standing tall to honor sacrifice

A trio of Burlington area veterans stand at attention for the singing of the national anthem Monday during the Memorial Day observance in Echo Park. The event featured patriotic music performed by the Burlington High School band, a keynote speech from Racine County Veterans Service Officer Ali Nelson, the placing of memorial wreaths and rifle salutes.
