Catholic Central High School student Melissa Schoedel balances a book on her head in the school’s performance of “Usher – a Totally Teen Comedy.” The play takes a mix of Edgar Allen Poe’s writing and characters and weaves them together into a teen-savvy comedy loosely based on “The Fall of the House of Usher,” but with more laughs and a much brighter ending. Performances are Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Topper Hall, with a suggested donation of $5 for the show. (Photo by Jennifer Eisenbart)
